Data Sovereignty - The Pursuit of Supremacy is authored by Shri Vinit Goenka, Secretary, Centre for Knowledge Sovereignty (CKS) and Member Governing Council- CRIS, Ministry of Railways, Government of India along with Lt. Gen V.M. Patil, Lt. Gen Dr. D.B.Shekatkar, Lt. Gen Vinod Khandare, Lt. Gen. Vinod Bhatia, Jaydeva Ranade, former R&AW and Bharat Panchal, NPCI. The Foreword is written by A S Kiran Kumar, former Chairman of ISRO who spearheaded Mangalyaan Mission.

The book is on the aspect of Data Sovereignty in India. Eternal vigilance is the Price for Liberty is the hard lesson that history has taught us, and the necessary actions against any form of colonization to protect India's security and sovereignty are always indispensable.
