Delve deep into a practical workshop based on elements from Swara Yoga and Hatha yoga, an ancient tantric science of breathing developed by yogis of India.

In the workshop, you will learn to understand & recognize the functioning of different energy channels (Nadis) of the subtle body & how it affects our daily life.

Pankaj will help you to understand the anatomy of Pranayama.

You will also learn the healing abilities of your own breath to bring harmony, release stress, find grounding & connect to yourself.

We’ll go through a practice of body &breathwork to naturally achieve an altered state of consciousness, release stress & to develop Dharana or concentration for higher practices of yoga.

The workshop will include:

  • How to become aware of the movement of Prana in the body
  • Learn to recognize Ida, Pingala & Susushmnanadis
  • Practice Yogic breathing
  • 15 min Yin yoga flow to stretch, open & align the body. To open emotional blockages stored in the body & encourage prana to reach each cell of the body
  • Breathing techniques practice, cleansing & breath balancing
  • Tips for advanced practice
  • 5/7 minutes of Trataka or Candle gazing/ nose tip gazing for developing Dharana
  • Yoga Nidra 10/15 minutes (Final relaxation)
