- Laughter Therapy : experience laughter to release emotional blocks, stress, anxiety, and body pains.
- 3 Step Breathing: the simplest way to meditate is to become aware of your breath. Know more about the three gateways of mindful breathing in your body.
- Shloka Chanting: chant to understand the significance of practicing the meaning of a shloka in our daily lives for a better body, mind and breath balance.
