He is also the Founder and Creative Director for 'Dream girl Australia' that is Australia's only multi-cultural talent quest since the year 2010. Not just this, he is even the festival Director for 'Speak up Film Festival' since 2014.

Mr. Navneet has worked on eminent Indian television programs named Tara on Zee and Boogie Woogie on Sony. He even wrote and directed the first Punjabi serial on Alpha Punjabi - Kacchi Kandh for which he received the Best Writer Award in 1999.
