Leadership Breakfast Session - Collaborating Teams Through Storytelling:

Storytelling is one the most ancient methods that has brought people together and helped them find their purpose - individually and collectively. each individual has a story to tell and needs an ear to listen to their stories of not just successes but of experiences and even failures. 

A group leader must know how to encourage and inspire their team members in bringing out their book of stories in sharing with others and in helping them create more stories of experiences and successes. 

This workshop specifically curated and designed for leaders to discuss and practice the 'Art of Storytelling to Collaborate' the team members.

About the facilitators: 

Sundeep Verma has more than 17 years of experience in advertising. He has been practicing 'Art of Storytelling' for last 10 years and have conducted various workshops & talks on this topic. He is the founder of Cobalt Blue - India's first Narrative Marketing Agency. He did his Masters from Central St Martins College of Arts and Design, London in Narrative Environment Design.

Shweta Sharma has more than 15 years of experience in creating Strategic Learning Journeys for leaders. She is the founder of Collaborative Climate & CoSolve which promotes Value of Collaboration in organisations. She is certified in Organisational Psychology from Stanford and Gamification by UPenn - Wharton.
