Meltingpot.in is currently free to use site. There are no monetary considerations involved to use any of its webpage(s) or forums. However, availability of any webpage(s) and/or forums is subject to change without notice.

Meltingpot.in reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the site, including, but not limited to, content, features or hours of availability. The Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant Indian laws. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the courts / tribunals and forums exclusively located in Mumbai, India only and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and forums for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed servable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between you and the Provider relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except as provided herein or in writing, signed by both parties.

All provisions in this Agreement regarding representations and warranties, indemnification, disclaimers and limitations on liability shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

20. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

The User agrees that any termination of his access to the service under any provision of this Terms of Use may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that the Provider may immediately deactivate or delete his account and all related information and files, cancel transactions and/or bar any further access to such files or the service.

21. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF USE

Provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions of the Terms of Use will appear on this site and are effective immediately. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use. Continued use of this site after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.

22. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE
