The tournament format will be a League + Knockout
Starting from group stages and then knockout stages as follows : 
Round of 16 
Quarter's
Semi's 
Finals

The Winner from each city will qualify for the final league. 
3 finalists, each will play against the other two.
Winner of the League will be the ultimate 3 city champion.
