It is a classic 60 minutes workouts combination of yoga, Ballet, Pilates, HIIT, Running and Deep Stretching.

From grocery shopping to meal planning to changing eating patterns. Trainer will help you 24 * 7 in changing your eating patterns, and what to eat and how. Emotional eating/ binge eating. 24 * 7 you can contact the trainer and get trained on your eating patterns.

2.Private Group Training

Do your family also equally excited for your D-Day and they want to look their best on your D-Day. Then come and join us. Our workouts are centered to women . Can transform any women body shape into beautiful toned body  shape, increasing flexibility , elegant posture and strength. Maximum 6 people can join in the group. Exercise and Nutrition Plan will be designed as per individual requirements and body shape.
