Sitting in an A/C cabin, sipping our favorite latte or green tea, owing to our brains totally into the spreadsheets/ pivot/codes on the screen could be our monotonous work every day. There might be fewer short breaks walking around in between for lunch or coffee-tea, moving away from our seats even for a little while takes all of us on a guilt trip. There is so much pressure on closing that deal or completing that project within the deadline or getting those numbers for our team, hence the mind is so much in pressure.

After work hours, we have our home and family to attend to, sometimes it could get so tiring that all that we want to do is just doze off. Having said that the result of such a lifestyle could lead to health hazards, our bodies are not designed for this. Our bodies need to be more mobile, it needs constant movement to keep them flexible and healthy. Due to such lifestyle, most of us suffer from shoulder and neck pain, backaches, headaches and so on. These, in turn, affect our communication and relationships around us.

Being a dancer Asha decided to quit her service in the corporate world and took up dance therapy. Based on her past experience she has created certain tools and techniques that would help keep the body mobile and rejuvenate the body and mind.
