Sikandar Khan: Featuring Artist 2018
New Year party event fulfills the gap by providing a platform to folk musicians in Rajasthan. The Langa's are a community of professional musicians trained genealogists & singers, playing the inimitable Sindhi sarangi (a unique stringed instrument) & wind instruments such as the algoza, Murli, etc.
Kalbeliya & Ghoomar Nritya (Dance):
Kalbeliya & ghoomar are two well-known dance forms of Rajasthan folk culture. Ghoomar, originally a bhill tribal dance in praise of goddess Saraswati, is now popular, must have in any Rajasthani family celebrations.
