Sanchana Krishnan is a mental health activist who founded Okay; Not Okay, an initiative to smash the silence around mental health in India. A lifetime with bipolar disorder has opened her mind to the multitude of human experiences and allowed her to master the art of difficult conversations that are so important for good mental health. She intends to study to become a therapist - just not one that remains within the four walls of a clinic! She's a true child of the ocean and advocates for the healing powers of travel, books, and chai.
