Session Objectives:

The Happiness Program is experiential and insightful inception to the secrets of breath and provides practical inputs on improving creativity, excellence at work and develop the full potential of life. This happens through reflective processes and interactions in a fun-filled yet serene atmosphere.

Inability to focus, negative emotions, lack of self-confidence, deep-rooted insecurity, unexplained anxieties, and lack of self-esteem are all factors that prevent one from living life to one's fullest potential. Stress builds up and it aggravates the downward cycle.

24 27 Jan (only 20hrs in total) is your opportunity to bring deeper levels of understanding and experiences that harmonize all levels of an individuals existence. Please read below for session time.
