I am looking to find a female flatmate for my three bedroom flat in Gk- Enclave, GK-1 ASAP. GK-enclave is walking distance from the GK 1 M block market, it is a 2-3 minute auto-ride to Gk- N block market, 5 minute auto-ride to the Kailash Colony Metro station, and about 10-15 minutes from Defense Colony. The neighborhood is green with several parks within walking distance, quiet and safe.

The room is a large, double room, has been freshly painted and has attached bathroom and private balcony. It is fully furnished with double bed, couch, wi-fi, etc. The house is large and spacious with access to the fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, etc. The apartment also has a large private rooftop that is also newly painted, renovated and fully furnished. We have a full-time housekeeper who comes from 9 AM to 5 PM every day and takes care of cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, etc. Room rent is 22k/month excluding bills.
