I am sub-renting my flat for three months from June to August. The flat is located in GKI, in a very central part of South Delhi and walking distance to Moolchand metro station. The flat is really beautiful, modern, quite, with open green views, fully equipped and furnished. The sublet comprises a bedroom with attached bathroom, spacious living room, kitchen, terrace, big and design inner yard (really unique), storage room and two additional balconies.

The landlord (living in another part of Delhi) and the neighbors are really good and helpful people. An experienced maid is also coming to maintain the house and cook. Should you be on a short term assignment in Delhi over the mentioned period, this would be a perfect arrangement for you.

In case this would be helpful, I could also sub-lease my car (maintenance taken care of by the owner) and leave you my driver.
