Oil is highly refined, full of fat and no fibre. When we eat coconuts, peanuts, seeds etc, we get the oil with the fibre and that is good for our health.

We don’t need to crush the nuts, heat them at hight temperatures, bleach the oils with chemicals and add preservatives! That’s a whole lot of chemicals going into our system!
