Hatha Yoga brings about a deeper understanding of the traditional scriptures through the medium of Philosophy, Shat Kriyas (Purifying Techniques), Asanas (Postures), Pranayamas (Breathing Techniques), Mudras and Bandhas (Gestures and Locks), Meditation and so on. This course gives a unique dimension for all individuals who aspire to go deeper into the practice of Hatha yoga.
It also helps one dive deeper into understanding oneself and learn ways to harmonize ones inner environment, to be able to balance activity and relaxation through which one can create a wonderful yoga experience in his/her yoga teaching.
