The body and mind are equally important to well-being. At MettaSphere's Kids Wellness Camp this summer, natural and science-backed techniques of mindfulness and calisthenics will be taught by professionals in a safe environment, in a fun and engaging way.

 
Summer camp schedule:
26th April to 30th April (10 sessions)
10:00 am to 12:30 pm or 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm
 
Age group: 6-15 years

2. Calisthenics:
(Physical exercises using natural functional movements)
