My parents have a 3 bedroom apartment available for rent in Deshbandhu Apartments, Kalkaji, South Delhi. Its on the first floor with no lift.

The apartment is located within the gated society of Deshbandhu Apartments which is highly secure and there are guards posted at each gate. The society also has a plumber and electrician on premises available from 5 a.m. till 11 p.m. everyday. Mcdonalds and Dominos are located at a 2 min walk (not even kidding).

There are 3 bedrooms with wall to wall closets built in all of them, a lobby, a spacious drawing room and three toilets with bathrooms.

The apartment has excellent interiors with false ceiling and air conditioning in all rooms. The bathrooms are fancy and modern with Kohler fittings and geysers in all of them. The kitchen is completely modular with a chimney and hot water geyser.

All the electrical fitting are of highest quality (Legrand) that can fit all 2 pin appliances from US/Canada and all the appliances from India.

The apartment is fully furnished with designer furniture and a 42" Plasma TV in the living room.

The apartment also has a power back up (although there almost no power cuts these days).

The asking rent for the apartment is Rs.55,000.
