Himalayan Holistic Yoga School offers 2 Weeks Yoga Retreats in Rishikesh India in the heart of World Capital of Yoga. Our 2 weeks yoga retreat program is based on Yoga and Meditation where various layer of meditation and pranayama along with introductory level of asana and body cleansing will be unfolded at our comfy accommodation and serene valley of the foothills of Himalaya.

The retreats will rejuvenate participants with mind and body cleansing followed by meditation practice of multi style Asana like hatha, kundalini, astanaga - vinyasa, Pranayama, Manta chanting, Kriyas along with our ongoing yoga teachers training students with relaxation which makes it a perfect yoga retreat and introduce the participant as a beginner level yoga teacher training . This course can be gateway to understand the course structure of professional yoga teacher training of 200 hour TTC course which we conduct with affiliation of Yoga Alliance®‎. During this two week journey there will mind and body detoxification topping up with two traditional Ayurvedic massages, deep relaxation sessions while discovering the benefits of yoga and meditation. Explore the warm hospitality of Rishikesh at Himalayan Holistic Yoga in the lap of mystic valley of Himalaya at our cozy accommodation with delicious satwik / vegetarian meal and day excursion on free days.
