Dance and Movement Therapy is a psychomotor therapy that works on the basis of the connection between body and mind. Whatever happens in our body affects our mind and whatever happens in the mind affects our body. Hence this connection can be very well used to create a harmonious relationship between the body and the mind.

It is based on the fact that 93% of our communication is non-verbal proving that the bodies have enough potential to communicate anything that they want to. It is a major section of Expressive Arts Therapy that can help in unblocking the channels of Intra and Interpersonal communications. Movement and dance reside within everybody.
