Full Moon Mahamudra

Mahamudra means the great cosmic orgasm.

This Full Moon, we will invoke the moon’s energy and experience it flowing through & around our body.

All the seven chakras of our energy body will be penetrated.

There will be breathwork, release, movement, relaxed awareness, celebration, laughter, and silence.

We will try to become a channel, taking the energy from the sky and pouring it into the earth.

There is an opportunity for us to experience the art of letting go & dissolve completely into existence.

This evening can relax us & bring deep inner tranquillity to our being.
