In this cooking class, we will teach you how to make oil-free, sugar-free, dairy-free recipes and yet delicious meals. Principles of whole food plant-based meals will be explained, demonstrated and participants will also get to taste.
Here you will learn how to weave the whole plant-based diet in your routine. What to eat at all the meals, plus lots of tips and tricks.
