Adrienn Izsépi is a Hungarian choreographer, dancer and teacher. She trained in Budapest and Vienna in a file of contemporary dance, modern dance techniques, classical ballet and jazz. In 2007 she won a European championship in Germany. She has been active as a dancer and choreographer in numerous countries, such as Austria, Cyprus, Hungary, China and India. In India she worked next to the biggest Bollywood choreographers/directors as a dancer and trained students and dancers in Shiamak Davar Company. In 2018 she became co-founder of Dance Diaries.
Contemporary Ballet is a form of dance that is influenced by classical ballet, modern dance and contemporary dance techniques.
We start the learning process from the basic and principle notions of the classical ballet spiced up with contemporary techniques. During the class we explore movement simultaneously through accumulating knowledge of our anatomical structure and focusing on our physical intuition. The main attention is to improve
