Designs-

Sponges- 

• Wheat flour sponge
• Millet sponge

Workshop includes -

• How to make a sponge in OTG/Microwave (setting temperature/selecting correct mode etc. )
• How to measure and buy ingredients accurately.
• How to make chocolate Ganache and color Ganache
• How to slice the cake with or without a knife.
• How to make whip cream and making sharp edges and curves
• Different layering on the cake.
• Different designs from different nozzles, how to make roses and leaf.

What to bring- An apron and a box to carry the cake.

What you carry back- Your Decorated Cake, Recipe Booklet, Certificate
