THINGS TO BRING
Please bring your own yoga mat. Carry water and a towel if required. It is advisable to leave a gap of 2 hours between your previous meal and the session.

Anjali is a certified hatha yoga teacher from the Bihar school of yoga lineage, endeavoring yoga as a way of life using breath and movement for stillness and yoga nidra for realxation, transformation, self-inquiry, and self-healing.
