Celebrate Life presents a humble session in which we talk about how to deal with people who offend you. In our life, many people offend us. What they say or do hurt us at that time we have 3 options.

1. We shout at them and do what they did to settle the account. However, you are a good person and you know after some time you will feel guilty. 

2. We stabilize our emotions and try to confront their behavior but do they have an open mind to accept their mistake? They rather become more out of control. 

3. We try to call our friends to talk and release their negative energy but guess what they are busy.

And the last option is to sit with this negative energy keep thinking in your mind what they did or said. and sink into depression. 

But is there any other way which can make you rise above the troubled waters. A place where you are free to laugh and pity at them when somebody misbehaves with you.
