About the yin workshop
 
Yin is an ancient Taoist practice. Most forms of yoga today are dynamic, active practices designed to work only half of our body, the muscular half, the yang tissues.
 
Yin allows us to work the other half, the deeper yin tissues of our ligaments, joints, and deep fascial networks of the whole body.
 
Yin Yoga, in particular, provides mental, emotional, energetic and also spiritual benefits.
 
I have done my Yin Teacher Training course at Dubai and Im also a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher, with fours of teaching experience.
 
bring a thick full-size towel (to protect their knees), , Yoga belt( if required )and water along with their yoga mat.
