1. You agree that you are filling this form to perform at the Open Mic Event for 'Poetry & Storytelling at Akshara Theatre, 11-B, Baba Kharak Singh Marg, Beside Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, Delhi 110001

2. This open mic is strictly for Poetry and Storytelling.

3. A nominal registration fee of INR 200 has to be paid for confirming your slot

4. Each participant will be given a performance time of 5 minutes.

5. Company reserves the right to change, add or subtract anything in the event/form/slot booking without any prior notice.

6. You retain ownership of your work, but you give 'A Bagful of Stories' an initiative of Matrices Communication Solutions permission to photograph or record your performance for display on their websites / social media / third-party partners, with attribution to you. (Should you wish to be excluded from being photographed or recorded, please inform any team member beforehand.)

7. Your performance will be recorded during the event and you can get your final edited video by paying an extra amount.

8. Unauthorized audio recording and videography of the performers during the event is strictly prohibited.

9. You agree to give us permission to put your video on our website, YouTube channel (If SELECTED FOR ONLINE PLATFORMS - https://www.youtube.com/abagfulofstories) and across our social media channels, other associated partner websites and portals for our organization's promotion. You also give us the right to remove your video if we find the content ineligible at any point of time for any reason.

10. Registration fee is non-refundable and your spot is non-transferable under any circumstances.

11. Unedited/Raw footage will not be released or given to anyone at any cost.
