Lila Yoga is an amazingly powerful & uniquely beautiful practice of yoga postures that allows prana (life-force) to dance within us and connect us to the cosmic whole.
Inhibitions melt away and creative vitality breaks down the barriers of insecurity and ego.
Yoga poses become a way to balance our relationship to prana (forces) within us and around us.
The evening includes a brief introduction, Satsang, asana practice, and meditation.
We will finish with a heartfelt sharing circle.
Through the poses we cultivate awareness; learn to mindfully modify into the greater more sustainable good; and finally, we release into a state of harmony and integrity.
