With this experience, we will step into the folk-art pool of India and familiarize you with the traditional art form of Andhra Pradesh – Kalamkari. Kalamkari is derived from the word ‘Kalam’ which means pen and ‘Kari’ which means craftsmanship.  

At this session, under the guidance of our art champ, you will be

• Understanding the origin/history of the Kalamkari art
• Learning the different motifs involved in the art form
• Understanding the color palette of Kalamkari art
• Creating and taking your Kalamkari inspired masterpiece home.
