Let's gather together for Osho Dynamic Meditation.

This meditation is a fast, intense and thorough way to break old, ingrained patterns in the body-mind that keep one imprisoned in the past, and to experience the freedom, the witnessing, silence, and peace that are hidden behind these prison walls.

We have customized this meditation for beginners and planned it for 45 minutes followed by Satvik dinner at Enso Wellness

  • Mantra
  • Freeze
  • Celebrate

Dress code: Lose plain clothes or change into our robes for the evening.
