Traumatic experiences that might incite feelings of grief, anger, rage, fury, hate, fear, guilt, shame, regret, unworthiness and so on, if left unaddressed, can later go on to create physical dis-ease in our bodies.

They create energy blocks and may even cause financial, psychological and emotional distress, further hampering our relationships. The optimal functioning of each area of our lives then rests heavily on how present we are to our thoughts, feelings, and emotions; how well we deal with them; and whether or not we address the ones bothering us time and again.

About the workshop

In this deeply immersive workshop, Shaira will be sharing tools to help you become more present to your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

She will take you through a guided meditation to demonstrate that we feel emotions in our bodies, locate where exactly in the body the feeling of that particular emotion is stored and then go through a process of releasing it at a cellular level.

We will be addressing a new emotion every week.

About Shaira Chaudhry

Shaira is an alumnus of the Soka University of America with a degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Because of her keen interest in human behaviour and the underlying causes for the emotional, mental and physical human anomalies, she further went on to study the healing arts. She is a certified Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner and Facilitator. She conducts various workshops, facilitating people to awaken to their own latent power to heal themselves. Working with groups as well as conducting one-on-one sessions with individuals, has given her an array of experience with the how’s and why’s of the daily mundane challenges with relationships, money, work, bodies and effective tools that can be used to deal with the same.
