Deepak Sharma, DTM is a post-graduate in human resource management with 30 years of leadership experience in diverse field as education, hospitality, construction, not-for-profit, public speaking, and training & development. His passion for training and professional speaking pushed him out of his comfort zone of a well settled job in the year 2008. In the last 10 years he has trained and coached 18000+ people across the world on various managerial and behavioral competencies. His participants include students, young managers and CEOs of fortune 500 companies. He has been associated with Toastmasters International for the last 10 years. He moved to USA in February 2019 and in the month of May 2019 he has won the District 56 (Houston, Texas District) International Speech contest Championship. He is a keynote speaker on “Self Leadership” and also conducts regular training problems on public speaking and uncovering humour.
He is the founder of his training organization The Road Ahead and his speaking venture deepaksharmaspeaks. He has co-authored book “Move Mountains” – One story at a time which has become amazon no 1 best seller in the month of April 2019.
