This workshop is specifically designed for senior citizens and office going people. It is often challenging for people to maintain good health as they grow older. Older people face many problems and very few know how to tackle this problem by own. In this workshop, we focus on the same mind-body principles as mat practice but from the safety of a chair. This workshop helps you to age gracefully.

About the Instructor:
Ramesh Chandra is a senior yoga & lifestyle consultant with over twenty-two years of experience in the field of Alternative Medicine. He has been working as senior Yoga & Life Style Consultant with Centre for Holistic Medicine Homeopathy & Ayurveda at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. He is also the chairman of a healthy mind mantra yoga foundation. He is also attached to the Dharam Vira Heart Centre of the Hospital.
He is known to have done researches on Heart Patient (Coronary Arteries Heart Disease) through Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation associated with Dr. S.C. Manchanda at AIIMS, India.
He also researches on Lumber Spin Diseases associated with Dr. kamal Puri, Homeopathy Department, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi.
His ongoing research is on post-MI patients associated with the Centre for Chronic Disease Control, Gurgaon, India and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Keppel Street, London.
