There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we are afraid, we pull back from life.

When we are in love, we open to all that life has to offer. The spiritual path is all about the journey from fear to love, from bondage to freedom and from ignorance to understanding. 

This experiential workshop is about transforming your life by learning to use everyday challenges as a practice for awareness.

We will gain a fine understanding of our emotional traumas and use transformation tools like active visualization, cathartic and integration processes.

We will then bring ourselves to a state of balance and harmony moving to the pace of the heart using breathwork, conscious movement, and chanting.

Concepts of love can be narrow but the experience of love is vital to healing and wholeness. So come lets together journey through mystical realms and discover a deep existential space of peace, love and eternal bliss!

FacilitatorsBio: Ananda

Ananda got introduced to Osho through an expressive art workshop at the age of 15 which marked the beginning of her spiritual journey with the Master. She moved to London for higher education and completed her Ph.D. in Neuropsychiatry.

Through the years, Ananda continued to learn and develop on various Osho meditation techniques and therapies amongst other healing and mindfulness modalities.

Having a keen interest in movement, music and another form of expressive arts she wishes to encourage their use as therapeutic techniques.

Osho brought about a turning point in Anandas spiritual quest, such that she has now re-located back to India. She is now a practicing Integrative psychotherapist amalgamating principles of western medicine with Eastern spiritual practices.

The central focus of her work is teaching individuals how to understand their emotions and how to adaptively process and transform them.
