About Chef Meha

Meet Chef Meha Kumar, a culinary maestro who has honed her skills at some of the most prestigious kitchens around the world.

Meha began her culinary journey at the central kitchen of Hotel Arts by Ritz Carlton, Barcelona before moving on to work as a trainee to the Chef de Partie at Enoteca, at the same establishment. After a couple of years at Hotel Arts, Chef Meha became the first member of the kitchen team formed at Restaurant Terra at Hotel Alabiga (1 Michelin Star). As Chef de Partie, she assisted the head chef with menu formation right from the conception of the idea and executing the tryouts to finalising the plate & was made incharge of the cold kitchen, preparation of classic French sauces.

She then went on to work as Chef De Partie at Miramar by Paco Perez, where she was solely responsible for processing and handling of high quality seasonal products in the menu, ranging from eel to the suckling pig!

After several years at Miramar, Chef Meha has returned to her roots in India, where she is curating some of the most amazing meals in the country. Drawing on her diverse experiences and knowledge of global cuisine, Meha’s menus remain true to the ingredient, coupled with innovative techniques – her dishes as delicious, visually stunning and a testament to her dedication to the art of cooking.
The Menu

The approach of this menu is to single out an ingredient and maximise its utilisation, juice out and extract its full potential, letting it rely on nothing but itself to please your taste buds, seeking the aid of the most ancient flavour enhancers, ‘salt, sugar and acid’. The menu will be paired with Gin and Aperol cocktails.

Cancellation Policy

If you can’t make it to the event, please get in touch with our team 48 hours prior to the event, and we’ll adjust 50% of it against any other event or issue a credit note for 50% of the amount, which you can use across our brands (The Table Colaba, Mag St. Cafe, Mag St. Bread Co, Events at Magazine St. Kitchen). Please note any cancellations on the day before the event will be non-refundable. Each of our events have different formats.
