1. All reservations need to be made at least 1 week prior to your preferred date.
2. Payments need to be made in full at the time of confirmation.
3. There will be no refunds, transfers or cancellations once the payment has been made.
4. All the packages are carefully curated to suit everyone and hence no changes shall be entertained with respect to schedules, menus, order of events etc.
5. Please carry your ID for formality purposes at the Hotel.
6. SHARA or any of the associate partners with Dance.Dwell.Dine will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property/ personal injuries / loss of life that might occur during the experience.
7. Movies that are part of the package at PVR Gold are subject to schedules and availability as per the management of PVR.
