The last few years has seen a great influx of people from across the world into India, including many Indians who have decided to return home after spending many years abroad.

Moving to another country after having spent considerable time in one place, can be a stressful and daunting experience. Starting over again, even if you were originally from India, is difficult, especially with no friends around.

GIC has been formed keeping this in mind. We are a group of Indians who have lived abroad or were born abroad, and are now living in India. Our aim is simple – To provide a platform for global Indians to meet, interact and socialise. The group is purely for social networking, and we invite you, the global minded Indian to join us, and share your thoughts and ideas in a pure, light hearted and fun atmosphere.

After all, life’s too short to not have friends!!!! ?

We have a coffee morning every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month, at the coffee shop at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Gurgaon.

We will be organising various events, including parties, nightclub evenings, family days out, charity sales etc. We are always on the lookout for volunteers to help us organise such events.

We are also looking to start groups for book club, toddlers club, etc. If you are willing to volunteer to help set up any such groups, please do contact us, we would love to hear from you!
