In celebration of completing 30 years of PENGUIN in India, we bring a very special edition of the 'Penguin Fever Festival' to Shillong!
A one day programme including literary sessions, readings and interaction on poetry, crime, graphic novels, mental health, memoirs and much more. A programme in Shillong would not be complete without rounding it off with some good music! So there will also be a gig at the end of the day.
The Festival is FREE and OPEN to everyone!
