Yoga Brunch is the perfect start to healthy Sunday morning.
We start with a 90 minute hatha session guided by Sanjana Jain.
The session will be a balanced hatha class focusing on strength and flexibility and will end with a short meditation leaving you feeling energised and refreshed.

After Yoga, head down to the first floor where we will convene around beautifully laid out tables to feast on a nourishing four-course superfood brunch. Think about delicious fruit smoothies, innovative wraps and healthy treats of your choice and delightful desserts.

We guarantee you will leave feeling revived and very well- fed.

P.S. This is an all levels class. Mats will be provided but if you like practicing on your own please do bring it along!

Sanjana Jain is a certified 200 hours hatha yoga teacher.
Her practice and teaching focus on building physical and
mental strength and flexibility by using and understanding the breath, body and
mind connection. She is a practitioner and teacher at Nikaya Yoga under Namrata Sudhindra.
