Tarkash is a multi-genre band, based in New Delhi who play English Pop, Rock, Sufi, Bollywood and some smacking originals. They are probably one of Delhi's biggest and finest commercial rock bands to ever play in the music scene. They are so tight as a band that a recording would fail to mark its claim over their live performance.
The band was created in 2011 by 5 young men and has been going strong ever since. The band's name, which has its roots in Devanagari script, translates to 'a basket or a container of arrows'. Having a full 'Tarkash' was a matter of pride for the warriors. Similarly, their music is a matter of pride for these budding musicians. Tarkash has made it's marked around the globe and has performed for their fans in Rome, Moscow, and Jordan.
