Founded in 2011 by Ananth Menon and Vasudev Prabhu, By2Blues is one of India’s finest acoustic blues bands, and perhaps the only trio of its kind. With over 200 shows to its credit, By2Blues presents the blues with refreshing simplicity and honesty. The band is known for being true to the blues as an art form and for weaving together a sound that’s unique, refreshing and surprisingly powerful. By2Blues has performed at music festivals, corporate shows as well as several well-known pubs and lounges in Bangalore, its home city, and in other parts of the country.
By2Blues plays the blues in a highly original style that is both distinct and engaging. The band’s sound is a blend of powerful vocals, rock-solid rhythm, and soulful harmonica.
