Dialogues Cafe invites all the booklovers to its June 2018 edition of Dialogues with books. We host this delightful gathering every second Saturday of the month!

At "Dialogues with Books", the participants read and discuss their favourite book from the specified genre to some of fellow bibliophiles.

It is a 2 hour event where we divide time equally between the participants and we prefer each participant to contribute through reading a passage from their favorite book. We also allow freeflowing discussions which is moderated by our host. Those who do not wish to read can also attend the event and participate in the discussions.

The theme of the June episode is Bring Your Own Book (BYOB)

Also, This event is not a platform for people to promote their own(or family/friends) books.


Charges for the event: INR 150 for regular customer, INR 100 for students . It includes one drink complimentary at Dialogues Cafe.

About the host Shivankar Jay :

Shivankar Jay formerly worked as an entertainment writer, currently works as a copywriter and is a cinema buff. He spent his summer vacations in a little island in Kerala called Vypin where, as he puts it, "he grew up at regular intervals."

Shivankar now lives in a basement, spending his waking hours watching films and talking about them. To his imaginary friends.
