IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :

The venue is Y.M.C.A.  Any Misbehaviour/Misconduct of any sort will not be tolerated and the security guards will have full authority to send the person outside the venue.

1.   Company reserves the right to change, add or remove anything in the event/slot booking without any prior notice.2.   You retain ownership of your work, but you give itsfi.com permission to photograph or record your performance for display on their websites.

      (If you don't wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform any team member beforehand.)

3.   Your performance will be recorded during the event and you can get your final edited video within a week by paying an extra amount of Rs 100 at the venue.

4.   Unauthorized photography and videography of the performers are strictly prohibited. We are sure that you will not like others recording you either without your  permission

5.  You agree to give us the permission to put your video on our website, youtube channel or other associated partners websites and portals for our organization promotion. You also give us right to remove your video if we find the content ineligible at any point of time or any other reasons.

6. You must reach the venue 15 minutes before the starting time.

7. The Registration fee is non-refundable and your spot is non-transferrable BUT  If the company cancels the event then your money will be refunded

8. Unedited/Raw footage will not be released or given to anyone at any cost.
