Terms and condition to read before you register:

1. This open mic is strictly for poetry and storytelling and shayri

2. A nominal registration fee of rs.50 per performer

3.Performance time given to each participants will be 5-6 minutes.

4.If you’re not selected this time,don’t worry in our next event priority will be given to you.

5. You’ll be notify about your selection on our facebook page and Whatsapp group or contact no. so make sure they are correct.

6. Company reserves the right to change, add or subtract anything in the event/form/slot booking without any prior notice.
You retain ownership of your work,but you give “JAZBAAT” permission to photograph or recording your performance for display on its fb page/youtube channel/website.(should you wish to be excluded from being photographed or recorded , please inform to our any member before your performance)

7. You can get you final edited video by paying an extra amount for it.

8. Unauthorized photography and videography of the performers is strictly prohibited. For this we will having our own team to do this.

9. You agree to put your video to put it on our website/youtube channel/fb page or other associated partners portals for our organisation promotion.

10. You must reach the venue 15 minutes before the event’s starting timing failing which your spot stands cancelled.

11. The registration fees is non-refundable and your spot is non-transeferrable in any circumstances.
In case of any dispute "JAZBAAT" decision will be final.
