Skill exchange is an initiative by Lahe Lahe which helps facilitate people to share their skills in exchange for another. It's a platform to share your skills and acquire the ones you are in need of using a cashless transaction.
We hosted a beautiful meet up the last weekend where an amazing bunch of people shared their interests for various skill exchange initiatives.
So here we are launching the first programme, being facilitated by our very own community member, Harish Bhuvan offering to teach Kannada ( kannaa), the Dravidian language with some 50 million speakers, the official language of India and the state language of Karnataka.
For all of us who are new to the city, we know how badly do we need to arm ourselves with the knowledge of Kannada for our day to day survival skills. So gear up and join us join us this weekend at Lahe Lahe to make your stay at Bangalore all more smoother and easier!
Be it short introductions, general questions & phrases, asking for help, asking for directions, enquiring about products or purchases or starting a conversation, we shall explore everything!
Remember this takes time! We shall learn it Lahe Lahe! :D
