Monsoons and winters historically can be a great time to turn within and to cleanse. In the past, a three-month seasonal retreat used to be held during the times of Buddha focused on giving up sense pleasures, getting simple and turning inwards. This mindfulness meditation retreat is being held in the same spirit of turning inwards through silence and contemplation practices.

Here we offer you the opportunity for a short silent residential retreat that will take place across 3 days and 2 nights.  A retreat presents you with the opportunity to not only learn but also deepen your meditation practice. We provide the retreat environment such that there are no external distractions. Everything is provided to you so that you can turn inwards and be with yourself. You don’t need to worry about answering the doorbell or preparing your meal, like you would at home.

Use this distraction free space to work deeper with what emerges in your system when you are alone.  You also have the guidance and support of our facilitator at all times.
