Anthropomorphism has always been a theme close to my heart and kidlit has some of the best examples of it. The writing done in my classes through the past year has seen some heartwarming stories of the humane in animals and the beastly in humans. As always, children and their furry friends share a bond, we as adults can never be a part of.
