An easy Sunday morning ride of ~20 km with a stopover for a yoga session, followed by breakfast. The yoga session will cover various asanas to help you stretch out and then some relaxing meditation to refresh and energize you before the week ahead.

The price includes the ride (guided cycling, ride refreshments, mechanical support) and the Yoga session conducted by an expert instructor.

Optional rental bike with helmet available as an add-on (limited availability)
