Hello to all you beautiful Slaseros and Salseras from team shArA!
The New York movement - a fabulous team of New York's finest Salsa dancers who are 3 times world champions has begun its World Teams training and we are super excited to be chosen as directors of The New York movement , Bangalore!
We will be conducting auditions for interested Salsa dancers to be a part of this brand new project where you can train with us and perform under the brand of The New York movement to a challenging and inspiring choreography which has been choreographed step by step by none other than the world champions themselves!
Eligibility: Anyone who has been learning Salsa (any style) / teaching Salsa (any style) / Social dancing (any style) and is comfortable with intermediate turn patterns, footwork and shines and is willing to take their Salsa dancing to a recognisable level / platform is most welcome to apply for this audition.
Please note :
-There are only 4 slots open to join the team.
-We expect an 8 month commitment (both physical and financial) towards this project for rehearsals and performances.
This is an audition call for the first round after which there will an execution round which will decide the final 4 slots.
*Please note - This routine is suitable for intermediate and advanced level Salsa dancers. So, please make sure you are well equipped with your dancing before you sign up.
